Flexible Gym Membership Without Monthly Lock-ins: How Session Packs Work
Fit Square guide image

Fit Square session packs are prepaid gym access: choose 30, 60, 90 or 180 sessions, select Basic, Premium or Elite, and use one session for each completed visit at an eligible gym. Sessions never expire. You pay for the pack upfront, not a separate bill only when you train.

The practical benefit is that unused sessions remain available across breaks. The tradeoff is the initial purchase and the need for useful, compatible venues. Fit Square does not sell a standalone single-session pass.

Step 1: find the gyms before choosing the pack

Start with the gym directory. Fit Square currently serves Bengaluru, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Open the actual venue profiles for your home, work or other regular route. A city being covered does not mean every neighbourhood or gym is included.

Check the venue's address, category, hours and the facilities you need. Confirm extras with the gym: personal training, classes or a service advertised on its profile are not automatically part of session access.

Step 2: choose the tier

TierWhere it works
BasicBasic gyms
PremiumPremium and Basic gyms
EliteElite, Premium and Basic gyms

The tier expands venue eligibility, not the number of workouts inside a pack. Read the tier comparison if you are deciding whether the additional venues justify a higher price.

Step 3: choose a pack you can afford upfront

Compare the final checkout total for 30, 60, 90 and 180 sessions at the tier you need. Check the displayed tax and offer conditions. No current rupee pack prices are quoted here because an advertised starting rate does not establish your final checkout total.

A larger pack is not automatically the right first purchase. The allocated price per session may be only one part of the decision: consider the money committed to unused visits and how confident you are in the available venues. Do not purchase more simply to turn uncertainty into motivation.

Step 4: walk in and check in

  1. Check that the gym is currently listed, open at your intended time and compatible with your tier.
  2. Arrive with the Fit Square app ready.
  3. Scan the gym QR and complete the check-in flow.
  4. Work out; one completed gym visit consumes one session.

No prebooking is required for this access flow. Opening hours, building entry and any separately arranged coaching appointment still matter. If access or a deduction looks wrong, ask for help through the available app or venue support route rather than assuming another payment is necessary.

Step 5: understand the balance after use

Illustrative example: a 30-session pack followed by six completed visits leaves 24 sessions. A work trip or a missed week does not use those sessions. They do not expire because time passes. Using another eligible gym draws from the same purchased balance; it does not create another free set of visits.

For what happens across a longer break, see the no-expiry session guide. A valid balance is distinct from a promise that a particular venue or service will remain unchanged forever.

Sharing has a specific limit

Eligible 90- or 180-session packs can add one extra person: two people total. Both use the same session pool. Sharing does not mean unlimited family access or duplicating the balance. The shared-membership guide includes a two-person example and questions to settle before purchase.

When a monthly plan can still be suitable

A venue's monthly plan may be better value when you attend frequently, use one convenient gym and prefer its included services. A session pack can be useful for variable attendance or several locations, but neither model is always cheaper.

Use monthly membership versus session packs for that decision. For the official access walkthrough and current checkout, visit how Fit Square works and the Fit Square app.
