How does Fit Square work?

Fit Square lets you buy workout session packs and use them across partner gyms. One session is deducted only when you check in and work out at a gym.
Do Fit Square sessions expire?

No. Your sessions come with lifetime validity, so you can use them whenever you work out.
Do I need to pre-book before going to a gym?

In most cases, no. With Fit Square, you can simply walk in, scan, and work out. If any gym has a special rule, it will be shown in the app.
What is the difference between Basic, Premium, and Elite membership?

Basic gives you access to Basic gyms. Premium gives you access to Premium and Basic gyms. Elite gives you access to Elite, Premium, and Basic gyms across Fit Square.
Can I visit the same gym multiple times?

Yes. There are no restrictions on how many times you can visit the same gym. One visit uses one session.
Can I switch gyms whenever I want?

Yes. You can work out at any eligible gym in your membership tier, depending on your location and routine.
Can I share my membership?

Yes, on pack of 60 sessions or more. You can add one more person, and both of you can use the same purchased sessions through the Fit Square app.
How many sessions can I buy?

You can choose from 30, 60, 90, or 180 session packs, depending on your workout needs.
Which cities does Fit Square currently cover?

Fit Square currently offers access to gyms across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Why choose Fit Square over a traditional gym membership?

Fit Square is built for flexibility. Your sessions never expire, you can access multiple gyms, and you only use a session when you actually work out.
