Partner Scope
FitSquare acts as a marketplace and distribution partner for participating gyms. Partners remain responsible for the facilities they operate, the staff they employ, and the on-ground experience they deliver.
A partner listing may include gym information, media, amenities, hours, category access, and locality placement across the FitSquare website and mobile application.
Listing and Onboarding
Partners must provide accurate listing details, operating hours, amenity information, and any category or access restrictions required for the FitSquare catalog.
FitSquare may request additional media, verification, pricing inputs, QR setup confirmation, or operational details before activating a listing.
Check-in Verification and Usage
Sessions are recognized through the FitSquare check-in flow and related usage verification systems. Partners should ensure QR access or any approved verification mechanism remains available to eligible users during operating hours.
FitSquare may investigate disputed check-ins, suspected misuse, or unusual activity before finalizing related payouts or user support actions.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, lawful, and operationally ready facilities for users.
- Keep listing information, hours, and amenity availability reasonably updated.
- Apply reasonable on-ground policies consistently to FitSquare users and other visitors.
- Notify FitSquare when the gym is temporarily closed, relocating, or materially changing access conditions.
Payouts and Support
Commercial terms, payout timing, and reconciliation details may be communicated during onboarding or through partner operations channels. FitSquare may pause review or payment where fraudulent, incomplete, or disputed usage is being investigated.
For onboarding, listing quality, payout questions, or operational escalations, partners should contact the FitSquare partner team using the support details on this page.
