About Fit Square
Fit Square is a fitness marketplace platform that enables users to discover gyms, purchase gym session packs, and access partner gyms through the Fit Square app. Fit Square itself does not own or operate all gyms listed on the Platform. The gyms available on the Platform are operated by independent third-party gym partners.
Access to any gym is subject to that gym's operating hours, capacity, amenities, on-ground rules, safety requirements, technical availability, and continuation of partnership with Fit Square.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing session packs, or accessing any services offered through Fit Square, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, or if a minor uses the Platform through a parent or guardian, the person permitting such use shall be fully responsible for compliance with these Terms.
Eligibility
There is no minimum age to browse or use the Platform. However, by making a purchase or using the services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement or are acting under the supervision, consent, and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Platform.
Account Registration and Responsibility
To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account using your mobile number or other login credentials.
You must not impersonate another person, create a false account, or misuse any account on the Platform.
Fit Square may suspend or terminate your account if we believe that:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details;
- Ensuring that the information in your account is accurate and updated;
- All activities carried out through your account.
- The information provided is false or misleading;
- The Platform is being misused;
- There is fraud, abuse, harassment, or violation of these Terms;
- Suspension is necessary for security, legal, operational, or platform integrity reasons.
Session Packs, Categories, and Access
Fit Square currently offers session packs of 30, 60, 90, 180, and 360 sessions across the following session types:
These session packs are subject to the following access rules:
Unless otherwise specifically stated on the Platform, sessions purchased on Fit Square do not expire.
Fit Square may update available plans, pack sizes, gym categories, pricing, or access rules from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
- Basic
- Premium
- Elite
- Basic sessions can be used only at gyms categorized as Basic on the Fit Square app;
- Premium sessions can be used at Premium and Basic gyms;
- Elite sessions can be used at Elite, Premium, and Basic gyms, meaning all gyms available under the Fit Square network.
How Gym Access Works
To use a session, a user must visit a Fit Square partner gym and scan the QR code provided by that gym using the Fit Square app. Upon successful scan, one session will be deducted from the user's available session balance.
If a user does not visit the gym and does not complete the QR scan, no session will be deducted.
Walk-ins are allowed, subject to the gym's availability and timings as displayed in the Fit Square app.
Users may pre-book for convenience; however, a session is deducted only when the user actually scans the QR code at the gym.
Session Usage Rules
Each purchased session is intended only for the eligible account holder using the Platform, except where sharing is expressly allowed under the Share Membership feature.
- An individual user may scan for gym entry only once every 3 hours.
- Users may access a gym only during the operating hours of that gym as listed in the Fit Square app.
- Users may use only those amenities that are specifically mentioned under the gym's amenities section in the Fit Square app. Availability of equipment, facilities, trainers, classes, parking, showers, lockers, or other amenities may vary by gym and may change from time to time.
Gym Rules and User Conduct at Gyms
All users must follow the rules, instructions, and policies of the gym they visit. These may include restrictions relating to safety, hygiene, time limits on equipment usage, behavior, attire, and access to certain facilities.
For example, where there is heavy crowding, a gym may limit use of certain equipment such as treadmill or cardio machines for a fixed duration, including 20 minutes or any other duration determined by the gym. Users must respect such gym rules at all times.
By using the Platform and partner gyms, you agree:
Any violation of gym rules or misconduct may lead to denial of entry, account suspension, or cancellation of current sessions without refund.
- To behave respectfully toward gym staff, trainers, and other users;
- Not to engage in harassment, abuse, threats, violence, nuisance, or disruptive conduct;
- Not to damage gym property, equipment, or the Platform's reputation;
- To comply with any reasonable on-ground rule imposed by the gym.
Dress Code and Personal Essentials
Users should wear comfortable gym clothing suitable for exercise. Any gym attire is acceptable so long as it is appropriate for a shared fitness environment and does not disturb, offend, or inconvenience others.
All users are expected to respect the comfort, dignity, and feelings of others while at the gym.
Users should carry basic gym necessities such as:
A gym may impose additional hygiene or attire requirements, and users must comply with such requirements.

- Towel;
- Water bottle; and
- Any other personal essentials reasonably required for a workout session.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Fitness activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By using the Platform and visiting any gym, you acknowledge that:
Fit Square shall not be responsible for injuries, health complications, allergic reactions, physical strain, or any medical issues arising from use of any gym, equipment, facilities, or fitness activity.
- You are voluntarily participating in fitness activities;
- You are responsible for determining whether a workout or facility is suitable for your health and fitness condition;
- Fit Square does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
- You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting or continuing any fitness activity if you have any medical concerns.
Payments, Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
Fit Square accepts multiple payment methods made available on the Platform. You may pay through any payment option displayed and supported at the time of checkout.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, including 5% GST on gym services or such other tax as required by law, may be charged in addition to the listed price where applicable.
A purchase is considered completed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
In the event of a duplicate payment, failed payment, or erroneous debit, the amount is generally reversed back to the original payment source automatically, subject to banking partner or payment gateway timelines.
Fit Square is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI platforms, or other financial institutions.
Refund Policy
Fit Square offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
If a user is unhappy with the service, the user may request a refund for unused sessions within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds shall be processed as follows:
Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase may not be eligible for refund, unless otherwise decided by Fit Square at its sole discretion or where required by law.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment source or through such other mode as determined by Fit Square.
To request a refund, users may contact Fit Square through the contact details provided in these Terms.
- If no sessions have been used, the user shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase amount;
- If some sessions have been used, the refundable amount shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis by dividing the total purchase amount by the total number of sessions in the pack, and refunding the value of the unused sessions only;
Gym Closure or End of Partnership
If a gym listed on Fit Square closes down or its partnership with Fit Square ends, Fit Square will make reasonable efforts to partner with another gym in the same area, if another suitable gym is available, so that existing users may continue to derive value from their sessions in that area.
However, Fit Square does not guarantee that a replacement gym will always be available in every area. Availability depends on operational, commercial, and partner-related factors.
Non-Transferability of Sessions
Sessions purchased by a user may be used only by that user unless the session pack qualifies for and is used through the Share Membership feature permitted by Fit Square.
Any unauthorized transfer, sale, lending, gifting, or misuse of sessions may lead to suspension or cancellation of the sessions and/or account without refund.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse gym staff, other users, or Fit Square representatives;
- Misuse QR scanning, session access, memberships, offers, credits, or promotional benefits;
- Use false information, fake identities, or another person's account;
- Attempt to copy, scrape, hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform;
- Damage the goodwill, business, or reputation of Fit Square or its partner gyms;
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party.
Consequences of Misuse
In case of harassment by a user toward gym staff, other people, or Fit Square representatives, or in case of abuse of the Platform or any conduct that violates these Terms, Fit Square may, at its sole discretion:
- Suspend or terminate the user's account;
- Cancel current or future sessions;
- Block access to partner gyms;
- Withhold, reverse, or cancel promotional benefits; and
- Cancel current sessions or membership benefits without any refund.
Intellectual Property
The Fit Square name, brand, logo, trademarks, trade dress, content, app design, website design, software, graphics, text, images, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Titvilasi Fitness Private Limited.
Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use the Fit Square name, logo, or other intellectual property except for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, publish, license, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Fit Square.
Third-Party Gyms and Services
Partner gyms listed on Fit Square are independently operated by third parties. Fit Square acts as a marketplace and technology platform facilitating access, discovery, session purchase, and QR-based usage tracking.
Fit Square does not guarantee:
Any on-ground issue at a partner gym may be subject to the gym's operational constraints and Fit Square's support processes.
- The quality, suitability, or continued availability of any particular gym;
- Specific equipment availability at all times;
- Staff behavior, trainer performance, or specific on-ground experiences at every gym;
- That all listed amenities will always be operational or available.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Square disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- All gyms, amenities, or features will always remain available;
- Technical issues, outages, or third-party failures will not occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Square, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of savings, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
- Use or inability to use the Platform;
- Access to or denial of access at any gym;
- Gym closures, crowding, equipment unavailability, or service interruptions;
- Injuries or incidents occurring at partner gyms;
- Payment gateway failures, banking delays, or third-party platform issues;
- Any unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titvilasi Fitness Private Limited, Fit Square, its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Your misuse of the Platform;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
- Your conduct at a gym or toward other users, gym staff, or Fit Square personnel.
Communications
By registering on or using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from Fit Square through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, push notifications, app notifications, or other electronic means for transactional, service-related, support-related, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences where relevant.
Changes to the Platform and Terms
Fit Square reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, session packs, features, gym listings, pricing, or services at any time.
We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure
Fit Square shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, internet failure, system outages, power failure, gym closures, payment network disruptions, or acts of third parties.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies or conditions displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fit Square regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications relating to the same subject matter.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Fit Square in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
